Hey! I’m Nikki, certified fitness trainer, personal coach and a sponsored trainer with 1st Phorm. I found a passion for nutrition, health and fitness amongst the chaos of raising 2 kids on a farm and working a full time job. Something about it all just clicked for me. I loved the way I could control my body, how it looked, how I felt and each bit of progress I made was my decision. The best feeling now, is when I get to help someone new accomplish a goal of theirs. I coach people to get out of their own damn way in order to allow themselves the opportunity to succeed. I have walked in your shoes and have felt the way you feel. I have lacked confidence. I have hidden from the mirror. I have avoided dates with my own husband. I have found a way to health and confidence I never knew existed and want nothing more than to help as many people feel the same way I do now about themselves too.

It can be infuriating to see your husband/boyfriend/man in your life seemingly lose weight much easier and quicker than you. However, it actually makes sense that rate of fat loss for men is generally quicker for a variety of reasons! I will dive into a ton of them on this call and break them down to help them make more sense! Just know, if you have been putting in the work as a female, it will pay off! It's not that it's harder to do, but we have to have different expectations for ourselves as we are not smaller versions of men.

Attachment Styles: What are they and how can they help with your goals. I learned about attachment styles earlier this year and they taught me so much about myself as well as the people closest to me! Why we react and process things the way we do as well as how to help support each other in different ways! You may ask what this has to do with health and fitness... Let me point out that if you have something weighing on your heart or mind with a friendship/relationship/marriage, you will likely struggle to be successful with any health goals. When we are emotionally healthy, we are more successful with everything!
