Hey! I’m Nikki, certified fitness trainer, personal coach and a sponsored trainer with 1st Phorm. I found a passion for nutrition, health and fitness amongst the chaos of raising 2 kids on a farm and working a full time job. Something about it all just clicked for me. I loved the way I could control my body, how it looked, how I felt and each bit of progress I made was my decision. The best feeling now, is when I get to help someone new accomplish a goal of theirs. I coach people to get out of their own damn way in order to allow themselves the opportunity to succeed. I have walked in your shoes and have felt the way you feel. I have lacked confidence. I have hidden from the mirror. I have avoided dates with my own husband. I have found a way to health and confidence I never knew existed and want nothing more than to help as many people feel the same way I do now about themselves too.

I have been through the shit shows! I’ve been through the ups and downs, the weight gains, the weight losses and the struggle! I almost lost sight of the most important people in my life throughout it, the people that stood by me for it. The path I took in order to learn how to make health a sustainable lifestyle has been rocky but full of success as well! Not something to just do for a while or until I reach a goal. Not something with an expiration date. Not something that’s so intense we have to rebound back into life after. The principal of 80/20 is not new by any means. It is something I’ve always kept in mind while learning to navigate where balance truly lies. 80/20 means we do things with at least 80% effort for at least 80% of the time. 20% of the time we may let effort slide, we may indulge with life or we may lower certain priorities briefly. People struggle most, in my opinion, with the all in or all out mentality and that’s where the problem occurs. No one can find that middle ground where we still make progress in life but do so without torturing ourselves. My 80/20 For 90 Program is essentially how I’ve learned to live life with less stress, a healthy body, a better mood and overall quality health. It’s something I think many will find helpful, doable and yet, still push them some! It’s a FREE program! Do it as you please, when you please. With a group or alone. In my app or with a printed sheet on the fridge. You get to make that call. There’s 5 DAILY tasks of which you must complete at least 4 of every single day. 4/5 is 80% and therefore allows for the flexibility when needed while still pushing you to be better and more consistent!

Sometimes we need to remove a couple of those balls from our juggling. We are taking a deep dive into gut and hormone health with special guest MacKenzie Brehian. MacKenzie grew up a competitive athlete and an ex gymnast. She has gone through a ton of gut health issues in her past which lead to hormone issues and all kinds of things that come along with that. She went on to get a degree to help with her gut health and hormones and now she helps coach other people through that. She helped heal my gut and my hormone issues as well all naturally!

Today is the day I have been working towards for quite a while! I am releasing a portion of my short courses today and I am super stoked!! Each short course consists of a daily task, podcast or article pertaining to the short course, accountability check ins with me and daily habits to help stay consistent in building healthy habits that have to do with your short course. Sunday's can be stressful for everyone through out the year as well, going from relaxation time back into work mode.
