Hey! I’m Nikki, certified fitness trainer, personal coach and a sponsored trainer with 1st Phorm. I found a passion for nutrition, health and fitness amongst the chaos of raising 2 kids on a farm and working a full time job. Something about it all just clicked for me. I loved the way I could control my body, how it looked, how I felt and each bit of progress I made was my decision. The best feeling now, is when I get to help someone new accomplish a goal of theirs. I coach people to get out of their own damn way in order to allow themselves the opportunity to succeed. I have walked in your shoes and have felt the way you feel. I have lacked confidence. I have hidden from the mirror. I have avoided dates with my own husband. I have found a way to health and confidence I never knew existed and want nothing more than to help as many people feel the same way I do now about themselves too.

We are going to work through watching your heart rate during your workout to earn the goals you are after instead of the calories burnt! So many times people will message me saying they burnt some massive number of calories on their watch and feel as though they "earned a treat" or "should be eating more" everyday for how hard they are working. Don't get me wrong, I am all about having an excellent workout and living life with some balance afterwards BUT your watches are likely way off when it comes to caloric burn! We are chatting about all the things that effect the scale and cause fluctuations!! So many times people will message me saying the scale jumped up 2-4 pounds from last week, it's gotta be muscle though, right?! I love the fact that people want muscle and yes, we can gain it on a weekly basis, however, it is not possible to gain pounds of muscle over a week span.
