Smart Watches
There's a ton of data available for us to look at and decipher on our watches everyday! How in the world can we know which numbers are accurate, which aren't? Which information should cause us to change/alter habits? How to improve on the numbers and stats? It can get overwhelming so I want to break it all down for you a bit easier to understand the basics and workout with the confidence of knowing you're doing what you need to do to attack your goals!
