Heart Rate Zones & How To Get The Most Out Of Your Workouts
We are going to work through watching your heart rate during your workout to earn the goals you are after instead of the calories burnt! So many times people will message me saying they burnt some massive number of calories on their watch and feel as though they "earned a treat" or "should be eating more" everyday for how hard they are working. Don't get me wrong, I am all about having an excellent workout and living life with some balance afterwards BUT your watches are likely way off when it comes to caloric burn! We'll chat through different heart rate zones for different goals as well as how to get the most out of your workout time!
