Data Overload

How much data is too much data? Today I am talking about something that I can get caught up in really easily. For those of you that are like me, that are more type A, like to compare different data points and such, this is going to be a great episode for you because it's something that can definitely get the best side of you and it doesn't need to. There are a ton of different options out there for wearables to track your sleep, steps and workouts and it all gives you a variety of data points. In this episode I am touching on all of the positive and negative ways certain wearables have affected me and why I have recently decided to stop tracking some of this data.
