Breaking Up With Your Scale

A topic that has been near and dear to my heart that I think we all need to talk about is improving your relationship with the scale. I had the worst relationship with the scale for a long time. I let it determine my mood, how I treated other people, how hard I was going to work out, I let it determine so much about myself and it's so wrong. Today's episode is all about how to use the scale to your advantage and realizing it is just one set of data.
