Benefits of Vitamin D & Natural Light

Have you ever noticed summer seems to make life a bit easier/better in a lot of ways? A sudden improvement in mood? A bit of an easier time dropping weight? Getting sick less often? There's a host of things that seem to 'magically' improve during summer and a lot of it is linked to our lifestyle changes surrounding being outside more!
