Attachment Styles
Attachment Styles: What are they and how can they help with your goals. I learned about attachment styles earlier this year and they taught me so much about myself as well as the people closest to me! Why we react and process things the way we do as well as how to help support each other in different ways! You may ask what this has to do with health and fitness... Let me point out that if you have something weighing on your heart or mind with a friendship/relationship/marriage, you will likely struggle to be successful with any health goals. When we are emotionally healthy, we are more successful with everything! We will chat through the basics of what I've learned and I'll share some resources that I've found that have helped me learn as well!
