80/20 For 90 Program

I have been through the shit shows! I’ve been through the ups and downs, the weight gains, the weight losses and the struggle! I almost lost sight of the most important people in my life throughout it, the people that stood by me for it. The path I took in order to learn how to make health a sustainable lifestyle has been rocky but full of success as well! Not something to just do for a while or until I reach a goal. Not something with an expiration date. Not something that’s so intense we have to rebound back into life after. The principal of 80/20 is not new by any means. It is something I’ve always kept in mind while learning to navigate where balance truly lies. 80/20 means we do things with at least 80% effort for at least 80% of the time. 20% of the time we may let effort slide, we may indulge with life or we may lower certain priorities briefly. People struggle most, in my opinion, with the all in or all out mentality and that’s where the problem occurs. No one can find that middle ground where we still make progress in life but do so without torturing ourselves. My 80/20 For 90 Program is essentially how I’ve learned to live life with less stress, a healthy body, a better mood and overall quality health. It’s something I think many will find helpful, doable and yet, still push them some! It’s a FREE program! Do it as you please, when you please. With a group or alone. In my app or with a printed sheet on the fridge. You get to make that call. There’s 5 DAILY tasks of which you must complete at least 4 of every single day. 4/5 is 80% and therefore allows for the flexibility when needed while still pushing you to be better and more consistent!
